OIKO, in collaboration with its partners CSI and CIBOLA, have successfully completed a technical assistance “Updating Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) and developing an Technology Action Plan (TAP)” for Cote d’Ivoire.

The technology action plans focuses on energy, waste, agriculture and forestry and water resources sectors. As a final product, the team has produced GCA concept notes based on the principles of circular economy, integrating different technologies and sectors together in a holistic way.

The first one has as an objective to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the energy and waste sectors while promoting the circular economy and the development of energy efficiency solutions.

The second one aims to strengthen the climate resilience of agriculture and water resources through the development of improved species, smart technologies, and early warning systems.
